Percentage of pension. Australian Government pays for bulk of aged care, but there’s usually a personal contribution, which varies based on income

Level 1 to 4 Home Care Packages (HCPs) are offered and are operated under the Consumer Directed Care (CDC) model, where clients direct their care with the assistance of MMACG. Aboriginal specific HCPs available.

Services

Personal care services may be key to help you stay in your own home instead of going to a Residential Care Facility. These may include assistance with meals, bathing, grooming, etc.
Domestic help services supporting with practical tasks such as general housework & shopping.
Meals & other services assist you maintain a healthy balanced diet.
Nursing care: A Registered/Enrolled nurse can assist you manage your condition at home.
Transport & social support: Transport to assist you to & from your appointments, shopping & helping you stay connected with your community.
Home maintenance & modification: These services assist you stay in your own home by making your home safe & more secure.
Social Support: Immerse yourself in community with the centre-based social community program offered by MMACG. Seniors bus trip offered every month where enchanting destinations across South Australia are explored, giving a chance to discover new sights and build lasting friendships.
