Frail aged and younger Aboriginal people with disabilities and their carers living in the Adelaide metropolitan area
ABN:
Assists Aboriginal people and their carers to live independently at home and to participate in cultural and community activities. Residential aged care facility (low level care) and independent living units are available at Aboriginal Elders Village.
