- Provision of training, education, event management and policy changes in order to work towards reconciliation of First Nations people
- Reconciliation Action Plans - As part of the training services provided, organisations and businesses are helped to undertake these plans, which offer continuous education through workshops and events
- Anti-Racism Program - Education program for large and small groups in corporate, community, and education settings
- Media & Events Promotion - Offering resources, support and advice on reconciliation in the promotion of events and other media
- Resources for Educators - Working with schools and educators to provide classroom resources and tools
- National Reconciliation Week held annually May - June
