Eligibility:
People who are deaf, or have a hearing or speech impairment, or anyone who wants to call a person with a hearing or speech impairment
The NRS is an Australia-wide phone service for people who are deaf or have a hearing or speech impairment. It is also available to anyone who wants to call a person with a hearing or speech impairment.

- National Relay Service - relays telephone calls between people who are deaf or have hearing or speech impairments and the wider community
- 106 TTY Emergency Service - provides access to fire, police and ambulance services at all times
