Eligibility:
Clients registered with My Aged Care, live independently, cannot or do not drive, and cannot access safe and reliable transport near home. Carers are welcome.
Fees:
Cost is a subsidised rate per kilometre.
ABN:
Assists people who cannot use, access or afford regular transport services or where no services exist. Trained volunteers provide last option transport and assistance with local medical appointments, shopping and social activities. Short and long term assistance.
