Eligibility:
A track and field club which caters for a broad range of athletes from as young as 12 up to 80 years of age. Athletes train for amateur athletics competitions and professional handicapped competitions and also for general fitness including off-season training for other sports.

- Aboriginal Squad - Mondays and Wdnesdays 5:30 - 6:30pm from July to end of March.
- Active for Life - for mature aged people aiming to improve fitness levels in a social setting. Includes general fitness and Zumba : Tuesdays and Fridays 9:00 - 10:00 am
