The Port Augusta Racing Club hosts 9 race meets during the winter months and is home to more than 20 trainers. Race days are a great social event for all to enjoy, live entertainment, with racing hospitality at its best.

The course facilities are available for hire. Options include the Public Bar; Betting Ring, Children's Playground, large lawn areas, magnificent views of the Flinders Ranges.
Race days are the perfect setting to catch up with family and friends with feature events including Pink Ladies Day, Farmers & Graziers Squatters Cup and Flying Doctor Race Day.
Thousands flock to the annual City of Port Augusta Cup in July which is the cities premier social event, always a day of great of racing, fashion and fun. Port Augusta’s mild winter weather and fantastic location make this a much anticipated social event.
