Classes Held On Monday nights junior Zen Do Kai students aged 6 to 12 yrs train from 6 - 6.45 pm, the adult class is run from 7 to 8.30 pm. BJMA Thai Boxing is on Wednesday evenings from 7pm to 8.15 pm.
