Introductory Courses - info.: Takes about 3 months to learn the sequence of the 108 movements of the Taoist Tai Chi Set by attending weekly sessions. We accept new members throughout the course. Branches listed below, see website for session times

Eligibility:

Low impact and suitable for all ages, no special equipment required, all welcome and the first class is free - no obligation.
Open House Events - free - no obligation.

Fees:

Membership fees apply. Fee concessions are available for eligible cardholders. Particular sessions are free. Refer to website for comprehensive information
