Introductory Courses - info.: Takes about 3 months to learn the sequence of the 108 movements of the Taoist Tai Chi Set by attending weekly sessions.
We accept new members throughout the course. Branches listed in applicable section. See website for session times.

Low impact and suitable for all ages, no special equipment required, all welcome and the first class is free - no obligation.
