Hours:
Children can attend the preschool for up to 15 hours per week and there are two groups that can be chosen from:
Yambo Group (Dolphin, in Kaurna language): Mon - Tues 8.30am - 3pm, Fri 8.30am - 12.30am (fortnightly for the Fri session)
Naahla Group (Echidna, in Kaurna language): Wed - Thur 8.30am - 3pm, Fri 8.30am - 12.30am (fortnightly for the Fri session)
Occasional Care Session Times (Generally, children attend 1 session per week):
0 - 2 years: Tues 8.30am - 11.30am, 12pm - 3pm & Wed 8.30am - 11.30am
2 years plus: Tues 8.30am - 11.30am, 12pm - 3pm & Wed 8.30am - 11.30am

Eligibility:
Children must be 4 years old to start preschool.
Occasional care is for children under school age who aren’t in any other early childhood education and care programs, such as preschool, childcare or family day care.
Nunga playgroup is for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children, mums, aunties, grannies and sisters. Baby playgroup is for babies who are not yet walking.

Fees:
Apply for preschool. Occasional care is charged per session. Play and Move playgroup requires a gold coin donation, while Nunga Mi: minar playgroup is free. Speech pathologist and occupational therapist services are free. CaFHS child health appointments are also free.
