65 years and over; under 65 years living with a disability and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander (ATSI) people 50 years and older; carers of people who meet criteria
CHSP funded program that aims to improve home security and personal safety of eligible people to enable them to remain safely in their homes.

- Security audits for aged care facilities
- Referrals to appropriate service providers
- Group presentations on home security and personal safety and safety for aged care residents
