The Two Wells Regional Action Team Inc. are a committee made from representatives of Community, Business, Sporting and Service Clubs including residents who are community minded.The TWRAT aims to support economic opportunities and the development of the town and surrounding areas.The TWRAT plan and execute the Annual Two Wells Christmas parade which has been running for over 30 years.
Some past achievements include Main Street redevelopment and the creation and management of the Two Wells Community Access Centre. Their current initiative includes the upgrade and redevelopment of the Two Wells Court House which is currently home to the Craft Shop, Environmental initiatives at Port Gawler Wharf and economic and community developments in Two Wells.
