headspace Adelaide is a free and confidential service where young people (12 - 25 years) can access qualified youth mental health professionals through two programs:
headspace Adelaide Primary Platform: short-term, early intervention counselling support for young people experiencing a tough time or worried about their mental health.
headspace Youth Early Psychosis Program (hYEPP): early intervention, responsive and recovery focused care for young people experiencing or at risk of a first episode of psychosis.
