Residents of City of Prospect/Town of Walkerville over 65 years, registered with My Aged Care. Initial assessment required prior to participating in program.

Exercise program promoting health and well-being through strength training for older persons using circuit based exercises. Classes are run by qualified, professional instructors through COTA. All welcome.
