Eligibility:
Referral required from a GP, Specialist, Allied Health or Nursing Professional and adults only service.
Participants attend up to four sessions a week and work with a number of therapists through half a day.
What to bring - closed shoes and comfortable fitted clothes for general exercise; any medications; snack if diabetic; prescription glasses/hearing aids if required; swim wear, towel and water bottle if hydrotherapy is part of your program.
