Mindful Fusion Yoga Class:
Tues 10am - 11.20am
Prenatal Yoga (School Terms only):
Fri 6pm - 7.30pm

All age groups and different classes to suit the needs of the indiviudal, including pregnancy. Prenatal Yoga - those from 12 weeks of pregnancy. Yoga Foundation Course - six weeks. Restorative Yoga Class - approximately four times a year, on a Friday night or weekend afternoon.
