Not-for-profit services that assist people who are homeless and need fundraising support include:

Adelaide Day Centre for Homeless Persons – provides information and assistance, support and rehabilitation activities for men.

Catherine House Inc. – provides information and emergency accommodation for women
Support Catherine House 30th Anniversary Silent Auction by bidding on over 170 items with all proceeds going to Catherine House.

Hutt Street Centre – provides information, assistance, emergency accommodation, education, health services, meals, showers and laundry services.

Support the Hutt St Centre and their walk a mile in my boots campaign in Adelaide, Friday 10 August at 7am and McLaren Vale, Friday 3 August at 7am. Or donate by getting involved in organising campaigns such as a High Tea for Hi(dden) Society or My Shout

Magdalene Centre – provides information, advice and emergency relief for individuals and families

Trace-A-Place – provides youth 15 – 25 years with information and emergency accommodation
 
5-11 August
National Missing Persons Week raises awareness of the complex issues involved with missing persons and the impact this can have on families and friends. Visit The National Missing Persons Coordinator Centre for information, support or report a missing person through Crime Stoppers.
