- Young women! Do you want to be able to speak confidently in public? In 2012 the Penguin Club is running a series of monthly one hour meet ups, tailored for young women who want to improve their speaking skills.
- Volunteering SA&NT 2012 Networking Series - Connecting Women, Inspiring Futures 3.30pm – 5.30pm Tuesday 6 March 2012 at the Lion Hotel, North Adelaide
- Wirrulla Wants a Wife – Friday - Sunday 9-11 March 2012
- BE-DAZZLED – CWA Woodside – Community event on Tuesday 13 March 2012 at the Institute Hall. Fashion parade and live entertainment. Doors open at 10.30 am. $5 entry fee includes lunch.
- Learn how to use a solar cooker – Sustainable Communities SA is holding a demonstration of cooking using the power of the sun from 11am to 3pm on Saturday 24 March 2012 at Torrens Linear Park, Felixstow 5070
- The first Social Changemakers Festival will be held in Sydney 13-22 April 2012. But if you can’t make it to Sydney, maybe your art work can! There is an art prize associated with the festival for non-established artists with a passion for some aspect of social changemaking. Check out the details.
- The GI Cancer Institute has launched the Gutsy Challenge, a fundraiser for Gastro-Intestinal (GI) Cancer research. Join thousands of children as they take the challenge to eat 2 fruit & 4 veg a day for 1 week to raise money for GI Cancer research.
