The results are out

Our annual survey of customer satisfaction for SAcommunity has revealed some valuable insights and given us some positive feedback on this service.
We received over 600 responses, more than double the rate for 2010 - a big thank you to all who took the time to provide your comments!
For the first time we included some demographic questions and have been able to learn about the age, gender and employment of survey respondents.
Some interesting figures:
- 79% of respondents were women
- 73% of respondents were aged over 40
- 60% were employed in government or community-based organisations
- 60% identified that they worked in the areas of Education, Health or Community Participation
- 38% refer to SAcommunity at least once per month
There was strong endorsement for the value of SAcommunity as a resource:
- 95% said the information they found was useful
- 86% were able to find the information they sought
- 88% took action as the result of finding the information
- 88% said that the information had a positive impact
- 31% are willing to provide a testimonial regarding the value of SAcommunity in their situation
