Rhubarb and Orange Crumble

Serves 8-10
Preparation time; 20 or less
Ingredients
2 bunches of rhubarb
4 cooking apples
2 oranges
¾ cup of sugar
Crumble topping
½ cup of melted butter
200gram brown sugar
¾ cup of plain flour
Pinch of cinnamon
Method
- String rhubarb and cut into 3cm long pieces.
- Peel, core and slice apples
- Peel, cut and slice the oranges
- Place all the fruit in a oven proof dish
- Add sugar and ½ of water into the dish.
- Baked in the oven on a moderate temperature for an approximately 40 minutes till rhubarb is soft.
Crumble Topping
- Place all ingredients into a bowl and mix well.
- Sprinkle topping over the fruit and pat down firmly.
- Bake in a moderate oven for 25 minutes.
- Serve.
