RiAus Adelaide Reef
RiAus is the Royal Institution of Australia, an organisation that exists to bring the findings of science to the broader community and foster informed debate. RiAus opened in 2009 and can be found in the Science Exchange.
RiAus is the only Royal Institution outside of the United Kingdom and is modeled on the Royal Institution of Great Britain.
When the NetSquared Adelaide event Talk Social and Science was held at RiAus (the Royal Institution of Australia), I took the opportunity to catch up with some of the staff in the office and take a sneak peak at some of the crochet that has been made as part of the RiAus Adelaide Reef project.
The RiAus Adelaide Reef is a satellite of the worlwide Hyperbolic Crochet Coral Reef project
If you crochet, then you might be interested in connecting up with these organisations on SAcommunity.
