Eligibility:
Defence Force Serving and ex-service men and women and their dependents. Appointment required for welfare assistance. Units: priority is given to self sufficient ex-service personnel, or their widows/widowers, or their dependants in needy circumstances. Applications are reviewed based on individual current circumstances, health and financial factors.

- There are RSL Sub-Branches throughout SA and Australia and these can be located online using regional centre names. These include RSL ACT; RSL NSW; RSL QLD; RSL TAS; RSL VIC; RSL WA
Arranges for bronze grave plaques for veterans. Also acts as an agent in Australia for British funds.

- advocacy and welfare support including limited emergency financial
- support to veterans in certain circumstances
