Meetings:
Five meetings per week both in person and on Zoom.
Hybrid meeting: Sat 10am, Meeting Room 1, Parks Library, 46 Trafford St, Angle Park
Hybrid business meeting: Held every two months, Meeting Room 1, Parks Library, 46 Trafford St, Angle Park
Zoom: Monday 7.30pm, Tuesday 7pm, Wednesday 5.30pm and Thursday 6pm.

Eligibility:
Anyone who has a problem with food, a food disorder or compulsive eating behaviors is welcome.

Overeaters Anonymous is a peer support group of individuals with a shared experience of compulsive eating and compulsive food behaviours. The 12 step program focuses on physical, spiritual and emotional recovery to work towards or to maintain healthy weight.
