Meetings:
Five meetings per week in person and on Zoom.
In person: Sat 10am, Angle Vale; Wed 5.30pm, Brompton
Zoom: Mon, Tues, and Thurs evenings
Eligibility:
Anyone who has a problem with food, a food disorder or compulsive eating behaviors is welcome.
Fees:
This is a free service
Overeaters Anonymous is a peer support group of individuals with a shared experience of compulsive eating and compulsive food behaviours. The 12 step program focuses on physical, spiritual and emotional recovery to work towards or to maintain healthy weight.
