Eligibility:
People can lodge a complaint with the OCEO if they feel they have been discriminated against on the basis of their: age, sex, race, religious dress, disability, sexuality, marital or domestic partnership status, pregnancy, caring responsibilities, having a child with them, spouse’s identity or chosen gender – in the areas of employment, education, provision of goods, services, accommodation, clubs and associations, advertising, sale of land and granting of qualifications. People can also lodge a complaint if they have been sexually harassed, or victimised as a result of complaining about discrimination, or having made a disclosure pursuant to the Public Interest Disclosure Act 2018 (SA) and/or the Independent Commissioner Against Corruption Act 2012 (SA).
