Works for a just and inclusive society for all through the provision of local programs that address community needs. Provides opportunities for women, especially young women, to develop confidence and leadership skills, to contribute to debate and action on social justice issues and to support world YWCA initiatives on health, peace, human rights, the environment, refugees and migrants.

Services
  • Youth Mentoring - provides early intervention for disadvantaged young people who lack adult support and involvement in their lives. The Big Brothers Big Sisters (BBBS) and Connect-4 programs develop self esteem, confidence and social relationships through mentoring
  • First Nations Women's Leadership program - for young Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander women, aged 16-30 who have lived experience or generational impacts of housing insecurity, homelessness, and/or family and domestic violence.
  • Northern Service - programs and services to young people aged 12-25 years, living, attending school or socialising in the northern regions of Adelaide
  • Women of the Wilderness and Women in the Bush - walking clubs meet throughout the year for bushwalking and social activities around and near Adelaide
  • Women's Clubs - for women of all ages and backgrounds, meet weekly for social networking and fundraising activities
