Ethnic Link Services is a statewide program funded by the Department of Human Services (DOHA) within the Home and Community Care (HACC) program that aims to ensure people from culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) backgrounds have access to support that will assist them to remain living in their own home. Our target group is the frail elderly and their carers.

- Information and referral - bilingual and bicultural workers provide language assistance, linkage and advocacy to help clients gain access to existing community services to assist them to remain living independently in the community
