- information, advice and advocacy on housing and tenancy issues to low-income tenants
- Financial Counselling and Advocacy Service (FCAS) - free state-wide service providing information, advocacy and financial counselling to low-income tenants in private rental accommodation whose tenancy is at risk due to financial difficulties. The service will negotiate payment plans with the landlords and can represent tenants at the Residential Tenancies Tribunal. FCAS also conducts education sessions to tenants, landlords and agency workers
