Eligibility:
Rural Financial Counselling Service - available to eligible primary producers, fishers, foresters and small rural-related businesses, experiencing, or at risk of, financial hardship.
Small Business Financial Counselling Service - available for eligible small and family business owners, employing upto 19 people, impacted by drought or algal bloom.
Landowner Information Service - a free, factual, impartial and independent information service for South Australian landowners, farmers and community members who need help understanding resources exploration, mining and quarrying.
RBS Relief Fund - grants and programs that provide practical and immediate relief to primary producers, foresters, fishers and small related agricultural enterprises in distress and at risk of poverty, financial distress, or emotional hardship due to adverse events or natural disasters beyond their control.

RBS delivers the Rural Financial Counselling Service (RFCS) a free, independent and confidential financial counselling service for eligible clients.

- Counselling on Business and financial goals, plans, and risk management strategies, future projections, succession planning, family meetings, financial assistance & referrals to support
- Small Business Financial Counselling Service
- Provides support to small business with financial issues, developing budgets and cash flows, negotiating with creditors, accessing dispute resolution services, professional advice and support, applying for government and community grants, programs or schemes
- Farm Business Management Programs
- Assistance to manage change, risk and business challenges run on a cost-recovery basis
