Eligibility:
Rural Financial Counselling Service is available to primary producers and small rural-related businesses, experiencing, or at risk of, financial hardship.
Small Business Financial Counselling service is available for small business owners (<19 employees) located in an area affected by drought, bushfire and/or COVID-19, and not within 20kms of a town population >50,000

RBS delivers the Rural Financial Counselling Service (RFCS) a free, independent and confidential financial counselling service for eligible clients.

- Counselling on Business and financial goals, plans, and risk management strategies, future projections, succession planning, family meetings, financial assistance & referrals to support
- Small Business Financial Counselling Service
- Provides support to small business with financial issues, developing budgets and cash flows, negotiating with creditors, accessing dispute resolution services, professional advice and support, applying for government and community grants, programs or schemes
- Farm Business Management Programs
- Assistance to manage change, risk and business challenges run on a cost-recovery basis
