- Minor Civil Jurisdiction allows citizens to commence action for debts not exceeding $25,000
- Hears other matters include fencing disputes, appeals against probationary/provisional licence disqualifications
- Claims for debt or damages - up to $100,000
- Justice of the Peace service
- Civil Claims Free Legal Advice Service by appointment
