The Chian Association offers the Hall and its facilities for hire for a one off function or celebration or a long term, regular hire for a sport club. It is large, clean and a very well maintained hall, seating 330 people comfortably. There is a large dance floor, excellent bar facilities and kitchen facilities, (recently updated thanks to a Multicultural grant from the Department of the Premier and Cabinet 2025/26).
