Ju jitsu training involves locks, throws and grappling. It takes an attacker's force and redirects it to change the outcome of the attack.
Also courses in self defence, control and restraint, MMA basics, Brazilian ju jitsu and Kobudo Japanese weaponry.
Independent Ju jitsu club under the Australian Ju Jitsu Association.
