Meals on Wheels is a community-based, for purpose, volunteer organisation working in communities throughout South Australia. For over 60 years we have assisted many South Australians to live independently in their own homes, by providing nourishing meals for up to 7 days. Delivering hot, delicious, nutritious 3 course meals on week-days and frozen meals for weekends, public holiday and other times when customers may need to be away from home. Our customers include those who cannot cook or shop for themselves with ease, such as older people, people with a disability, carers or those recovering from an illness or injury.

Services
- Home delivered meals - Hot 3 course meal of soup, main and dessert, delivered Monday to Friday. Frozen meals available for weekends and public holidays.
- Volunteer program - volunteers assist with delivery 11am to 1:30pm
