Eligibility:
Students who:
(1) Are enrolled in school but at risk of leaving early
(2) Are attending school but not actively participating in their education
(3) Are at risk of leaving school early and not pursuing employment or further education
(4) Have not maintained a connection to school and have significant patterns of non-attendance
Flexible Learning Options (FLO) Program for young people who have or are at risk of disengaging from school and may be experiencing other challenges like depression, bullying or unstable accommodation.

- Case management: Exploring and helping build students’ strengths, skills and capabilities to support them to reach their goals, and ultimately flourish and thrive in their learning and in their families and communities.
- SCILS Learning Hubs: Learning courses across the areas of Wellbeing, Learning, Employability, World-Ready Skills, Community Connections and Experiential Learning.
- Supported referrals into other programs and accredited courses in line with students’ interests and readiness
- Flexible Learning Options (FLO) Program: Supporting young people who have or are at risk of disengaging from school and may be going through other challenges like anxiety, depression, bullying, unstable accommodation, family difficulties, pregnancy or parenting.
