- Advocacy: Referrals to advocates for rehabilitation and compensation claims.
- Video Conferencing: On-site facilities for face-to-face consultations with advocates.
- Community Services: Connections to additional community-based services.
- Research: Support for family military history research.
- Service Records: Assistance with obtaining service records for veterans and their families.
- Medals: Assistance with medal acquisition and advice on medal protocols.
- Community & Commemoration: Social activities and leading commemorative events.
