- Support Network: A community for veterans to connect and support each other. A safe and supportive space for veterans and their families.
- Connection: With additional community-based services.
- Welfare: General welfare services for veterans.
- Outreach: Veterans and their families in need, that is connected to the Military Advocates SA Network.
- Referral to veterans advocates for wellbeing and compensation claim support.
- Advocacy: Referrals to advocates for rehabilitation and compensation claims.
- Video Conferencing: On-site facilities for face-to-face consultations with advocates with a private dedicated office.
- Community & Commemoration: Social activities and leading commemorative events.

- Venue: Veterans and families to socialise and build community connections.
- Veterans and families access point for those needing assistance.
- Assistance with registration with the Department of Veterans Affairs.
- Family military history research.
- Assistance with obtaining service records: Veterans and family.

- Advice on medal protocol: What to wear and when.
