Information
Services
- Pathway Support - Equip young people and their supporters with clear, flexible, and inclusive information about all available education and employment options — including guidance on higher education, registered training organisations (RTOs), apprenticeships and traineeships, and employment services.
- System Navigation - Support individuals to move through complex systems (school, employment, disability, social support) with dignity, autonomy, and informed choice. Supports for students and parents for students who need additional supports in school or are at risk of suspension/expulsion.
- Reform & Advocacy - Identify and challenge the structural barriers that prevent equitable access to education and employment - including reducing youth unemployment, improving service accountability and advocating for data transparency. This includes identifying, improving and making accessible key data that can drive better decisions and highlight where systems are failing young people.
- Voice & Co-Design Planning - Policy development and service design to ensure that those with lived expertise help shape the solutions they rely on, particularly in partnership with schools, community-based organisations, services and employers.
