Adelaide University Industry Project - Clover Xinyue Luo

Welcome Clover!
Clover Xinyue Luo joined our SAcommunity Team for her University of Adelaide SET (Sciences, Engineering and Technology) Industry Project for her Masters of Computing and Innovation Trimester 1, 2024: 1 March 2024 - May 2024.
 
She is completing her industry project onsite with SAcommunity at the Connecting Up Office, Infoxchange for 2 days (15 hours) a week with her Industry Project Team members: Violet Zewei You, Jamie Jiemin Zhang and Yong Kheng Beh.

Personal Biography
Clover is a second-year Master of Computing and Innovation student studying at the University of Adelaide 2022-2024. She has a Bachelor of Actuarial Studies from the University of NSW 2019-2022 and a focus on software and web development. Where, in a Maptek academic collaboration project with the university, she led her team, using agile framework, to develop a scripted model for efficient compression for large scale data for the mining industry.  

Clover has joined Connecting Up as a volunteer to undertake her University Industry project 'SAcommunity website chatbot development'. Meantime she is also exploring front-end development through her internship at Val.Ai Pty Ltd. Starting in July 2023, she has been working at Val.Ai to build user-friendly web applications that are responsive and scalable while optimized for performance,using the React framework, a free, open-source tool for building user interfaces. She has also been troubleshooting within this development environment to apply fixes for identified bugs. 

In the future, Clover is seeking a career among fellow full-stack developers to deliver websites with up-to-date technology. She plans to dedicate herself in the ever-evolving technology industry while contributing to the finance industry.
