What is your impression of martial arts? Fighting people and getting hurt? 
 
Taekwondo is a kind of martial art from Korea, and is well-known throughout the world for its distinctive fusion of striking methods, forceful kicks, and flowing motions. It encourages both physical health and mental focus participating in the sport or in your daily lives. It is more than just a sport and getting bruises.

Volleyball SA
Volleyball South Australia (VSA) has been organising and running the South Australian Volleyball League since 1955, when the first premiership final was held. There are currently 11 different clubs that are operating at a competitive state league level, with 42 men's teams competing across 5 different divisions and 27 women's teams between 4 divisions.
