Pétanque has a broad appeal as a game of skill enjoyed by all ages and fitness levels,  originating from a wide-range of boules-type games similar to lawn bowls or bocce (Italy), it's played on sand or gravel, using steel balls (boules).

Vinnies CEO Sleepout – 17 June 2021

When: 17 June 2021

St Vincent de Paul’s annual CEO Sleepout aims to raise funds and awareness for homelessness in the community. It will be held at innovation precinct Lot Fourteen which is located on North Terrace of the Adelaide CBD. CEOs, business owners and community leaders will donate and spend the night outdoors to participate and promote the event. Last year, this event raised $5.7 million for those vulnerable to homelessness.
