Welcome Ada Wing Yi!
Ada Wing Yi Wong joined our SAcommunity Media and Communications Team as part of her third year internship course at the University of South Australia from the 26 April 2023 - 23 May 2023. 

She completed a 100-hour internship onsite at the Connecting Up Office, 22.5 hours a week for about 8 weeks around her university classes: (2 - 3 days x 7.5 hours each week to complete her internship). Nicole Cheng's Portfolio of media articles written for the SAcommunity service is >>here.

What is your impression of martial arts? Fighting people and getting hurt? 

Taekwondo is a kind of martial art from Korea, and is well-known throughout the world for its distinctive fusion of striking methods, forceful kicks, and flowing motions. It encourages both physical health and mental focus participating in the sport or in your daily lives. It is more than just a sport and getting bruises.
