GovHack is a nationwide event that brings together people around Australia and New Zealand to create new ideas and concepts using open data in just 46 hours of competition time.

GovHack - Mount Gambier - Open Data Competition Event

After 36 years the Knimble Fingers Craft Group closed in July 2019 and SAcommunity would like to acknowledge and appreciate their service to the community.
 

SAcommunity spoke to Heather Randall who has retired at 84 years old, had coordinated the group for 36 years, in conjunction with friends assisting for 25 and 26 years consecutively.
 

Freeling Senior Citizens Club is looking to expand its ranks, we spoke to Secretary Sidney Lee who would like to encourage any over 50s in the area to come along and join their friendly club.
 

If you're looking to make some new connections, take part in social and recreational activities with friends and have a weekly routine to look forward to, this club could be for you!

The Brighton Combined Probus Club is looking for new members. Probus clubs are run across Australia and New Zealand, encouraging their members to develop new interests and stay active in retirement.
