My Volunteer Experience - Lynn Yunfeng Huang

Thank you Lynn!
Lynn Yunfeng Huang joined our SAcommunity Customer Service Team as a volunteer on 24 October 2016 after completing her Business Administration Certificate III at TAFE SA and while seeking work in the field.

She has continued to volunteer over the years since, around and between her study/casual work commitments, returning to the Connecting Up office when she can or accessing webinars remotely.

Tanvi Srivastava joined our SAcommunity Data Analytics Team for her University of Adelaide SET (Sciences, Engineering and Technology) Internship for her final year Bachelor of Computer Science 2024: 22 March 2024 - 7 June 2024.

She is completing a 140 hour internship onsite with SAcommunity at the Connecting Up Office, Infoxchange for 2 days (15 hours) a week for ~12 weeks around her classes. We are pleased to note that in July 2024 she undertook an internship that led to full-time employment in her field of interest in February 2025, Congratulations Tanvi!

Kristen Ngoc Khanh Mai Nguyen joined our SAcommunity Data Analytics Team for her University of Adelaide SET (Sciences, Engineering and Technology) Internship for her Master of Data Science Semester 1, 2024: 22 March 2024 - 14 May 2024.

She is completing a 140 hour internship onsite with SAcommunity at the Connecting Up Office, Infoxchange for 3 days (22.5 hours) a week for ~10 weeks around her classes and from December 2024 is now working as a Data Analyst, Congratulations Kristen!

Rasika Nawarathne joined our Data Analytics Team as a volunteer, following in the footsteps of cousin Nirupama Amarakoon, whilst he searches for employment. Beginning with the team this year on the 30 January 2024, he attends for ~4 hours a week onsite at the Connecting Up Office. We are thrilled to report that Rasika has now found work with SA Water, starting on the 22 July 2024. Congratulations Rasika!
